As the production capability was limited seriously, company owners made a final and urgent decision to move it to Taicang, with current capability of about 1000 tons per month at the least. Additionally, it has good transportation, much closer to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai Port.
It is also because of reason mentioned above, the whole management and working team are experienced, our experienced team is familiar with the production processes, heat treatment, and test methods, our Engineers are well acknowledged of Railway Industry Standard in Each country and we can follow them, such like AREMA, UIC, BS, ISO, GOST etc. We are familiar with and prouder of our advantage, which is heat treatment for Grade 5.6 railway screws. We know and control the whole heat treatment very well.
Our factory is specialized in producing rail fastening systems, including all kinds of rail screws, spikes, rail clips and clamps and other relative rail fastening products.
So far, our products have been exported to more than 50 world-class railway companies located in more than 30 countries in the world, products referred to railway industry, power industry, petrol industry etc.
